ABOUT ME

Sabrina Winnecke has been active as an artist for over ten years. She began painting and drawing in a self-taught way. With great joy and dedication, she has developed her own visual language over the years, characterized by a sensitive combination of natural motifs and emotional themes.

She has been studying fine art at Brunswick University of Art since 2023 and is part of a painting class there. Her studies open up new opportunities for her to try things out. Different techniques, new materials and space for exchange. Nevertheless, she remains true to her artistic roots, both in terms of her working methods and her focus.

At the center of her work is the relationship between human and nature, with a particular focus on plants. They interest her not only as motifs, but also because of their symbolism, their structures and the way they communicate with each other. She combines these aspects with emotional or visionary content, creating pictorial worlds that tell stories without being too unambiguous. Instead, they invite the viewer to develop their own thoughts and associations.

Her art moves between observation and fantasy, between nature study and inner landscape. The works appear enigmatic and create spaces in which the viewer can find themselves.

Sabrina Winnecke has been building up her online presence since 2020 and has already sold her art to many national and international collectors and art lovers.
